An Outstanding Experience

At our Hair Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Obsessed Hair Studio experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Late/No Show Policy

Being 15 min or more late can lead to a $20 late fee that will be due at check out. However depending on service booked your stylist can cancel your appointment and charge you 50% of the booked service. No call no show will result in being completely charged for the service booked. Charges must be paid before booking next appointment.

Cancellation Policy 
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.

Guest Policy

No kids or additional guests unless they are being serviced as well. Parents are able to stay with child if needed, we ask that it's only one parent due to limited space.
